Items may be returned within 15 days of your order shipment if they have not been opened or used. We do not accept open or used products due to the nature of our products. There will be a $5.00 restocking fee and your original shipping fee is non-refundable. As well, as an authorization is required prior to approving a refund.
Once your item is received back at our warehouse, the item will be given a thorough QC inspection to ensure that it is unused and in resalable condition.
If you believe the product has been damaged during transit, or if you have received a defective product, please contact us at email@example.com within 15 days of your order shipment, with your order number and photographs of the products. We will be happy to assist and rectify the situation.
If you happen to change your mind after placing the order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours and we will be happy to completely refund the order for you.
For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund.
